Next stop...the north pole

my favorite picture from that night

We took a ride on The Polar Express in Calera, AL to the North Pole. We had a great time on the real train. We sand\g Christmas carols and enjoyed chocolate cookies and chocolate milk.
Graham and Noah had a blast meeting Santa and Mrs. Clause. We will add this train ride to our Christmas traditions. If you want to go on this fun trip, you have to purchase the tickets in June. Because they sell out in about a week:)

Our Gingerbread House and Welcome 3rd trimester

Graham has been asking to make a gingerbread house since October. So we finally made one on Sunday night. Yes I bought the kit again this year, it was 9.99. I think next year we will take my friend, Stephanie's advice and make it out of graham crackers and candy around the house.
Graham had a blast decorating it and he loves to show anyone on Skype what he made. He is not a big candy eater, he loves sweets (oreos) but he didnt eat any of the candy for the gingerbread house. Maybe a few sprinkles:)

I'm officially in my 3rd Trimester!!! Hooray! Sorry there aren't any pictures of me I'm usually behind the camera, and wearing pajamas:)
Feeling good, still just tired most days, but who's not?
Going to see the doctor every 2 weeks now
Still deciding on Baby Brother's name
Getting ready to put his nursery / guest bedroom together this weekend.
LOTS of movement from this baby, same as Graham.
Graham loves to sing him Twinkle Twinkle Little Star almost every night after we read books.

I will try and take some pictures this weekend.
We are looking forward to family coming to visit us soon!

Chippy

Chippy, our Elf on the Shelf, arrived 4 days ago. And Graham was so excited!
Santa delivered him to our front door just after bath time, all wrapped up.
We read the book and talked about being naughty and nice. Chippy reports back to Santa every night until Christmas. Chippy is also a little mischievous and tends to get into things at night.
The first night he ate Graham's ritz crackers and left crumbs all of the counter. The next night he colored a picture in Graham's coloring book with only red and green crayons, then he hung gold christmas beads from our kitchen light. Last night he took out Graham's cups and stacked them into a pyramid.
This is a really FUN tradition, Brad and I enjoy seeing Graham's face light up every morning, when its time to find our where Chippy is and what he did in the middle of the night.

Montgomery Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Montgomery hosted by our closest relatives, Aunt Juji and Uncle Jim. The food was yummy, the company was nice, and the weather was fabulous! So needless to say after we ate, we went across the street outside and played on the playground.
All I wanted to do was sleep:)

my pilgrim

This is what Graham told his teacher at school about how I cook a turkey. Which is so funny, because a couple of weeks ago our toaster oven did catch on fire with some chicken nuggets inside it. Thank goodness Brad was here that day, and saved the day, by taking the toaster outside.
I actually have never cooked a turkey, but I cook a whole chicken in the crock pot about every week.  I am bringing the turkey this year, I don't think I will cook it in the microwave. And I guess we should have orange cheese, ham, hot dogs and bananas as side dishes.
